Cheryl Pogue Windland is a native Texan who carries a vast knowledge of multiple Texas markets, providing her with great insight in statewide real estate opportunities, both single and multi-family. 

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Cheryl was in sales, marketing, and management in the wine industry for over 20 years in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston markets.  

As Broker / Principal / Director of KMM Realty Group, Cheryl is a trained professional with a wide array of real estate knowledge and sophisticated resources to simplify transactions.  Cheryl’s negotiation skills, fresh approach to sales and marketing, and strategic thinking make her an asset to our clients. 

Cheryl is also a real estate investor in single and multi-family properties, purchasing since 1999.   She has owned and operated two real estate brokerage firms, specializing in investment properties over the past several years.  

Cheryl is Executive Vice-President and Broker of Wind Enterprises, LLC, Property Management Company, as well, managing single and multi-family properties since January of 2000.

Gena was born and raised in Texas and has lived in Houston, Austin and currently resides in the Dallas area.  After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in business, Gena has attended graduate school in pursuit of a master's degree.  Since then, she has witnessed her fiance Mike Davila's success with the aid of Cheryl Windland in the real estate business, and has recently joined the team at KMM Realty Group.  She and Mike have been single-handedly rehabbing their current residence and their leased property.  This personal, first hand experience has been usefull in identifying investment properties.

Gena's determination, ethical standards, and effiency while maintaining attention to detail will aid clients in their important decisions.  She is eager to work with you and help you acheive your real estate goals.

Joanne Connal possesses a wide range of real estate knowledge. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Joanne was a real estate investor in the Chicago area, purchasing single family investment properties since 1989.

Joanne relocated to North Texas in 2001 to continue her education and investment skills in the DFW market, and currently owns single and multi-family properties in the DFW Metroplex. Joanne has owned and operated real estate properties, both single and multi-family; from locating, purchase, rehab to renting, specializing in investment properties.

Deanna Lowenthal is very familiar with the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, having been raised and lived in the area since 1983.  She is a graduate of Plano East Senior High and obtained her Bachelor's degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX.

Since graduating, Deanna has led a thriving career in the education field as a fourth grade elementary school teacher.  During the same time, she successfully started and currently manages her own business, Welcome Home Company which specializes  in the rehabbing, leasing and management of single family investment properties.

Deanna brings a vast knowledge of her own real estate investing experience to the table, having personally purchased, remodeled and rented seven single family properties over the course of ten months.  She enjoys sharing her skills and insight with her clients so they may accomplish a high level of success in their real estate transactions.  Whether you're selling, investing or trying to find just the right home for your family, Deanna prides herself on delivering excellence in customer service to KMM clients.

In her spare time, Deanna enjoys traveling, cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.  She and her husband reside in Plano, TX.
